 Introduction
Alcohol-laminating adhesive is a cutting edge product developed independently by Lanxi Dacheng Chemical Institute, with patent number: 200610050769X. Alcohol-laminating adhesive, acrylate polymer in alcohol, is non-toxic, irritating odor-free, fast drying, weathering proofing, and with high adhesion strength, thus an ideal substitute for alcohol soluble single or two-component synthetic adhesives.

Usage and Precautions
1, suitable for industrial soft packaging, including BOPP, PE, PP, PET and other films and aluminum foil, Color Printing paper, and other materials.
2, scone temperature :60-85 ℃.
Roller temperature :60-80 ℃.
membrane moving Speed : ≥ 40m/min
Dried polymer on membrane :1.5 - 2g/m2
Dried Polymer : diluent (≥ 99% alcohol) = 1:0.5-2, used ~ 20-35% final concentration.
3, Machines should be cleaned before each use by washing with ethyl acetate then with alcohol if ester-soluble adhesives were used previously on the machines.
4, Alcohol used to dilute should have < 1% water content and stir well before use.
5,The product is flammable, thus should be stored sealed in cool dry place. Keep away from fire source during transportation.
6, under permitting conditions, the higher the pressure or temperature of the roller, the better the adhesion result.
7. The quality of the synthetic product is variable with the composite materials, the ink type and technical operations. Adjustments in product preparation before mass production are highly recommended.
8. Weak plastic adhesive strength or even white spots will appear if the membrane surface tension is too low (PE film ≥ 41 dyn, BOPP film ≥ 39 dyn), roller pressure is too low, or the inadequate amount of adhesive is used.
9, Customers are responsible to perform application tests to verify the suitability of the product to designated purposes. Large scale application can only be performed after small scale tests.
